Terms of Service.

The terms for yesfor.ai consulting services. Short and to the point.

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the Polish one, available at /regulamin.

1. Definitions

Site: yesfor.ai (yesfor-landing). Service Provider: Custom Service Arleta Marczyńska, ul. Bielska 107, 32-652 Bulowice, NIP 5492373228, email arleta@yesfor.ai. Client: the entity commissioning the consulting services. Agreement: any form of agreement for the provision of consulting services (acceptance of an offer by email, a written contract, an order issued via invoice).

2. Nature of the services, B2B only

These terms apply exclusively to business clients (B2B) who run a business or act on behalf of a legal person. yesfor.ai does not provide consumer services within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. By entering into an Agreement, the Client declares that it is acting within its professional or business activity.

3. Scope of services

yesfor.ai provides AI transformation consulting services: readiness assessment (AI Readiness Audit), process mapping, AI implementations, training, custom development, and IT department support. Full scope at https://yesfor.ai/en/services.

4. Conclusion of the agreement

The Agreement is concluded once: (a) the Client accepts a written offer, or (b) a separate cooperation contract is signed. A quote always precedes the Agreement.

5. Pricing and payments

All prices are net, in PLN. We issue VAT invoices. Standard payment term: 14 days. Larger projects are settled per milestone. If payment is not made on time, work is suspended until the balance is settled.

6. Confidentiality

All information provided by the Client is confidential. As standard, we sign an NDA before the audit begins. Working materials are not shared with third parties without the Client's consent.

7. Intellectual property

Materials produced as part of a project (reports, documentation, code) become the Client's property upon full payment. Exceptions: the EXCORE platform as a framework (which remains the property of the Service Provider), proprietary tools, and methodologies.

8. Liability

The Service Provider is responsible for the proper performance of the services in line with the current state of knowledge. It is not liable for the Client's business decisions made on the basis of its recommendations. Maximum liability: the equivalent of the fee under the relevant Agreement.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for non-performance or improper performance of the Agreement if it results from force majeure (natural disasters, failures of critical infrastructure, pandemics, decisions of state authorities, prolonged outages of external suppliers, including Vercel, Resend, OpenAI, Anthropic). The parties shall promptly inform each other of any force majeure event. The delivery deadline is extended by the duration of the obstacle.

10. Delivery deadline and termination

Either party may terminate the Agreement with one month's notice for ongoing agreements (IT support). Project agreements (audit, mapping, implementation) are carried out until the planned scope is complete, but no longer than 6 months from the date the Agreement is concluded, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Exceeding this deadline requires an annex with a new schedule.

11. Complaints

We handle complaints within 14 days of submission. Contact: arleta@yesfor.ai.

12. Final provisions

The governing law is Polish law. The competent court is the court with jurisdiction over the registered seat of the Service Provider. These terms are in force from May 2026 and may be updated. Current version: yesfor.ai/regulamin.
