This is an English translation provided for convenience. The legally binding version is the Polish one, available at /regulamin.

1. Definitions

Site: yesfor.ai (yesfor-landing). Service Providers, jointly: (1) Custom Service, ul. Bielska 107, 32-652 Bulowice, Poland, NIP 5492373228 and (2) YES FOR spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Świętokrzyska 61, 32-650 Kęty, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków, 12th Commercial Division, KRS 0001181754, NIP 5492485016, REGON 542135795, share capital PLN 100,000.00. Service Provider: whichever of the Service Providers performs a given service for the Client. Client: the entity commissioning the services. Agreement: any form of agreement for the provision of services (acceptance of an offer by email, a written contract, an order issued via invoice). Shared contact address for both Service Providers: kontakt@yesfor.ai.

2. Which entity provides the service

The Site is operated jointly by the two entities listed in section 1, but every service is performed by one of them. The entity responsible for a given service is always identified in the specific offer, order, agreement or invoice. Before an Agreement is concluded, the Client is told which Service Provider it is contracting with, together with that entity’s full registration details. The Service Providers are not jointly and severally liable for each other’s obligations and do not act as each other’s agents. Performance, settlement and complaint handling rest solely with the Service Provider that is a party to the Agreement.

3. Nature of the services, B2B only

These terms apply exclusively to business clients (B2B) who run a business or act on behalf of a legal person. The Service Providers do not provide consumer services within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. By entering into an Agreement, the Client declares that it is acting within its professional or business activity.

4. Scope of services

The Service Providers deliver consulting and implementation services in the AI space: training (boards, teams, prompt engineering, mapping for IT), consulting, AI audits (including the AI Readiness Audit), process mapping, process automation, building AI applications and agents, AI implementations, custom development, IT support and mentoring, and AI cybersecurity. Full scope at https://www.yesfor.ai/uslugi.

5. Using the Site

The Site is informational. Published content, including articles, the glossary, comparisons and the AI Act test result, is not an offer within the meaning of art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, nor legal, tax or investment advice. Using the Site is free and requires no registration. Supplying unlawful content, disrupting the Site, and automated content extraction (scraping) for the purpose of providing competing services are prohibited. Rights to the Site’s content, marks and branding belong to the Service Providers or are used under separate entitlements. A browser with JavaScript enabled is sufficient to use the Site.

6. Partner and affiliate links

The Site may contain partner (affiliate) links. Every such link is clearly marked directly next to the link itself. Using one may result in the Service Providers receiving a commission from the vendor, at no additional cost to the user. Participation in an affiliate programme does not constitute a certified or official technology partnership with that vendor and does not influence the assessments or recommendations published on the Site.

7. Conclusion of the Agreement

An Agreement is concluded once: (a) the Client accepts a written offer, or (b) a separate cooperation agreement is signed. A quote always precedes the Agreement. The offer identifies the Service Provider that will be a party to it, in line with section 2.

8. Pricing and payments

All prices are net, in PLN. A VAT invoice is issued by the Service Provider that is a party to the Agreement. Standard payment term: 14 days. Larger projects are settled per milestone. Late payment: work is suspended until the balance is settled.

9. Confidentiality

All information provided by the Client is confidential. We sign an NDA before an audit begins as standard. Working materials are not shared with third parties without the Client’s consent. The confidentiality obligation binds both entities listed in section 1.

10. Intellectual property

Materials produced during a project (reports, documentation, code) become the Client’s property upon payment in full. Exceptions: the EXCORE platform as a framework (remains the property of the Service Provider that is a party to the Agreement), proprietary tools and methodologies.

11. Liability

The Service Provider that is a party to the Agreement is liable for performing the services with due care and in line with the state of the art. It is not liable for business decisions the Client makes on the basis of recommendations. Maximum liability: the value of the remuneration under the given Agreement. The other Service Provider bears no liability for an Agreement to which it is not a party.

12. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for non-performance or improper performance caused by force majeure (natural disasters, critical infrastructure failures, pandemics, decisions of state authorities, prolonged outages at external providers including Vercel, Resend, OpenAI, Anthropic). The parties notify each other of force majeure without delay. Deadlines are extended by the duration of the obstacle.

13. Delivery timeline and termination

Either party may terminate a continuous engagement (IT support) with one month’s notice. Project agreements (audit, mapping, implementation) run until the planned scope is complete, and no longer than 6 months from the date the Agreement was concluded, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Exceeding that period requires an annex with a new schedule.

14. Complaints

Complaints are handled by the Service Provider that is a party to the Agreement, within 14 days of submission. A complaint may be sent to the shared address kontakt@yesfor.ai and will be passed to the relevant entity. The reply identifies the entity that handled it.

15. Final provisions

Polish law applies. The competent court is the one with jurisdiction over the registered seat of the Service Provider that is a party to the Agreement. These terms are effective from August 2026 and may be updated. Current version: yesfor.ai/regulamin.
