What actually runs on this site. No list of tools we do not use.

The yesfor.ai site, operated by Custom Service and YES FOR sp. z o.o., stores no cookies in your browser, neither its own nor any third party's. There are no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels and no profiling. Below is exactly what does run.
We count visits with Vercel Analytics, which runs cookieless. The script loads from va.vercel-scripts.com and sends data to vitals.vercel-insights.com. It collects the URL of the page visited, the traffic source, browser and device type, and country. Your IP address is processed transiently to derive an anonymised identifier and is not stored in a form that could identify you. We also record three events in the AI Act test: starting the test, completing it, and submitting the form to receive the guide. Those events carry only the result level, never your email address or your answers.
Vercel Speed Insights measures page load timings (Core Web Vitals). It is equally cookieless, uses the same endpoints as the analytics, and collects nothing that could identify you.
Besides cookies, browsers offer other storage mechanisms. We use two, both strictly technical. In session storage we record that the intro animation has already played, so it does not replay on every navigation; that entry disappears when you close the tab. In local storage we keep one key, yesfor-analytics-consent, holding your decision about analytics. That entry exists precisely so your choice is honoured, and serves no other purpose.
The analytics are cookieless and do not profile, so they run on legitimate interest rather than consent. Even so, you can turn them off with one click. On your first visit we show a bar with equally weighted Accept and Reject buttons. Choosing Reject immediately removes the analytics scripts from the page, and no further statistical data is sent. You can change your decision at any time using the Cookie settings control in the footer or below.
The typefaces used on the site are fetched and embedded at build time, so your browser makes no request to Google or any other font provider. The site embeds no videos, maps, chat widgets or social media buttons that could set cookies of their own.
At yesfor.ai/raportai we host the AI Report, a separate project served under our domain. That section has its own analytics (Plausible), its own terms and its own privacy policy, all available within it. The settings described in section 5 do not cover that section.
