Process Mapping for IT teams is a capability-transfer workshop. We teach your IT department the methodology of mapping business processes in BPMN, identifying bottlenecks and preparing processes for AI. After the workshop you have a capability, not a dependence on a vendor.

Funding
Training can be financed from KFS, the Polish National Training Fund. Calls are run by district labour offices and the deadlines are firm. We check together whether your company qualifies and help prepare the substantive part of the application.
